If you are planning to climb Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu, etc, adapting your body to altitude is very important.
Ensure that your preparation includes 2-3 altitude training sessions around 4 weeks before your trip.
At sea level, there is 21% oxygen. When you get to 5000m, there is around 11% oxygen relative to sea level.
At sea level, blood saturation levels will be around 95% - 100%. As you climb to higher altitudes, these levels will drop.
Brisbane Altitude has a Hypoxic chamber to get you fully adapted for your trip.
It is clear to say that we have had a 100% success rate.
